St. John's to Dublin, Ireland - $670 roundtrip including taxes | Summer 2014

By now you have probably heard that WestJet is going to be flying to their first European destination - Dublin, Ireland, starting in the summer of 2014 and the flights are going to be direct (non-stop) from St. John's, Newfoundland.
I've been watching these fares with great interest, because it's often the case that when an airline starts a new route, they offer some attractive prices to generate interest and fill up the plane.
Well today could be the day to strike! There seems to be some excellent prices on certain date combinations, leading to roundtrip prices that are over 50% cheaper than the closest competition! What's even more amazing is that they are during the peak summer travel period.
Here's the cheapest prices, by airline, for any date combination in June on flights from St. John's to Ireland:
As you can see, WestJet's prices stick out like a sore thumb.
To find and book the cheap St. John's - Dublin flights, here's what you can do:
1. Go to www.westjet.com
2. Search for a flight from St. John's (YYT) to Dublin (DUB). You need to pick dates between June 15 and October 5, 2014, as these are seasonal flights, and WestJet is only operating them in these months.
Here are the cheapest dates I've seen:

So pick a date combination from above, and you should be able to find a flight in the $670 range, roundtrip, including taxes.

It's always tough to say how long an airline will offer a really crazy price cut like this, as it's up to them as to how many seats they want to offer at such a price, and for how long.
But one thing is for sure, if you're looking to go to Europe this summer, the odds of finding something cheaper than this from Newfoundland are pretty slim!

Update: Westjet looks to have just matched the Air Canada sale. Today looks to be an amazing day for inter-Canada travel prices.
Westjet doesn't seem to have an official page up yet about their sale, they're probably scrambling to get their prices changed to match Air Canada.
